Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is the standard. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. HOW TO RETURN 1. Email support@axonmatrix.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We'll send return instructions within 24–48 hours. 3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. 4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. REFUND DETAILS Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our end. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items marked as final sale. Items returned after the 30-day window. Questions?
