Shipping Policy

Axon Matrix ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
  • $4.99 flat rate on orders under $50

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where Your Order Ships From

We work with fulfillment partners in two locations, and each product page tells you which applies.

  • U.S. warehouse items (marked "Ships from a U.S. warehouse" on the product page): delivered in about 3–5 business days after processing. These items ship within the United States only.
  • All other items ship from our partner's international warehouse:
    • United States: about 7–14 business days after processing
    • Canada, Australia and New Zealand: about 8–20 business days after processing

If your order includes items from both locations, they may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, customs and your location.

Import Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, Australia or New Zealand, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at support@axonmatrix.net within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
