30-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email support@axonmatrix.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our end.
